Home Economics and Everyday Living MASTERS Program
Applications are currently being accepted for Cohort 6 for a Masters in Curriculum and Pedagogy with a focus on Home Economics and Everyday Living through the University of British Columbia.
Over the last 6 cohorts there has been atleast one Saskatchewan teacher enrolled with this 100% online Master Program.

Canadian Symposium in Home Economics Education
The Canadian Symposium provides a forum for sharing information and research, and action planning to strengthen home economics/family studies/human ecology/family and consumer science education in the future. Educators/researchers/academics gather to:
present current research in Home Economics and related fields (education, family sociology, food studies, nutrition, housing, environment, ecology, curriculum studies)
discuss the current status and new developments in Home Economics/Family Studies/Human Ecology at both the public school and postsecondary levels
share innovative curriculum projects designed to enhance Home Economics/Family Studies/Human Ecology/Family and Consumer Science programs
address current social, political, cultural, economic issues that have implications for Home Economics/Family Studies/Human Ecology/Family and Consumer Science programs.
